Submitting the abstract (Deadline: December 8, 2023)

Go to the PICMET On-Line block on the upper right-hand side of the PICMET Home Page. If you have a PICMET profile, enter the e-mail address and password you used in the profile, click "Login". If you did not develop a PICMET profile before, click "signup here". Provide the information requested, and click "Create Profile". |

Click "PICMET Online" in the middle section of PICMET Home Page. If you have a PICMET profile, enter the e-mail address and password you used in the profile, click "Enter". If you did not develop a PICMET profile before, click where it says: "If you would like to create a new profile please click here". Provide the information requested, and Submit. |

On left menu, click "Submission Info" to get a description of submission process. |

On left menu, click the type of submission you would like to make (Research Paper, Application Paper, Panel, Session, or Tutorial)

Provide the information required for the submission, including the abstract. Click "Submit". |

Submitting the full paper for accepted abstract (Deadline: January 31, 2024):

Click "Paper Formatting" on the left menu. Read the guidelines, and click "Download Template here" to get the double columns IEEE formatting template. As an alternate, you can also download the template at https://www.picmet.org/main/PICMET-Paper-Template.doc. |

Prepare the manuscript in double columns IEEE format in Microsoft Word, following the instructions and the formatting template

Go to the PICMET On-Line block on the upper-right hand side or click "PICMET Online" in the middle section of the PICMET Home Page (www.picmet.org) |

Login using your PICMET profile e-mail and password. |
| 5) |
Click "My Submission" on the left menu. |
| 6) |
You will see a list of Paper IDs, Titles and Authors of your submissions. |
| 7) |
Enter the Paper ID of the paper for which the manuscript is ready to submit. |
| 8) |
Enter the filename of the manuscript to be uploaded.

Click "Submit".

The manuscript will go through a double-blind review process, and the authors will be informed of the accept/reject decision with a list of modifications recommended by the reviewers for accepted papers.
Finalized papers with a list of the modifications made by the authors will be submitted by April 19, 2024.
At least one of the authors will register for the conference and the copyright form will be submitted by April 30, 2024. This is also the latest date for early registration discount.
The papers accepted by PICMET and presented by one of the authors at the conference will be included in the conference proceedings, the IEEE Xplore and the Compendex and Inspec Citation Indexes for worldwide distribution.
