Beautiful Oregon Coasts: Oregon has most beautiful coastal scenery, and vast sandy beaches. Only two hours from Portland and an hour from the I-5 corridor, family travelers find a wide range of activities, whether it's walking along the miles of public beaches, horse riding, golfing on the area's many courses, deep-sea fishing, crabbing or clamming. There is always time for whale watching and lighthouse exploring. Oregon Coast Aquarium: The Oregon Coast Aquarium in Newport, Oregon has been named one of the 10 best aquariums in the country by Parade Magazine. visitors to Oregon's central coast shouldn't miss the opportunity to spend a few hours wandering among the aquarium's outdoor poools and trails, the walk- through aviary, or underwater tunnel. Cannon Beach: Cannon Beach one of the scenic and long beaches of the Oregon. You can take picture beautiful scenic beauty of famous Haystack Rock. Haystack Rock, at 235 feet high, is the third largest coastal monolith in the world. Fly a kite, watch sea creatures in the tidepools, or visit unique art galleries are part of Cannon beach experience.
